To get here, simply head south on I-5, or 15th Ave. NE. Hair By Joey is located right on 15th Ave. just South of 94th (about 10-15 minutes from anywhere in Shoreline). There is ample, free street parking on 15th and 92nd. If you’re coming down 15th keep in mind that the bridge is out until next spring so you want to jump onto Roosevelt at the Y. Stay on Roosevelt until you get to 92nd Ave. NE and take a left (at the 7-11) and head east to 15th. HBJ is one house North from the corner of 15th and 92nd.
