She specializes in lived-in color, natural-looking dimension, and beautifully textured haircuts, with a particular passion for working with fine, fragile, and thinning hair. She’s also certified in hair extensions and loves helping women navigate the changes their hair can go through over time.

A self-proclaimed continuing-education junkie, Chay is always learning—refining her craft, exploring new techniques, and keeping up with what’s fresh without chasing every passing trend.
